Glenn Ishihara
Co-founder, CEO and President

Glenn holds both a BS and MBA from the University of Southern California. He also sits on the board of three telecommunications companies.  Since launching CLEAR TALK in 1999, his primary functions have been creating a business model, operating structure, financial plans, and representing the company to the industry. He has also had responsibility for securing financing and leads the acquisition of FCC licenses and various M&A activity.

Adilia Aguilar
Chief Financial Officer

The CFO of CLEAR TALK since its inception in 1999, Adilia holds a business degree in accounting from the University of California, Berkely and has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years. She worked in both public and private accounting prior to joining CLEAR TALK.  Her many responsibilities include finance and administration, filing all tax returns, overseeing compliance and regulatory issues, obtaining and maintaining telecommunication system network codes, and negotiating roaming, CALEA, E911 and other 3rd party vendor contracts.

Eric Steinman
Co-founder

After graduating from Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School, Eric became a Certified Public Accountant. He began his business career at Arthur Anderson & Co. and then ran his own private accounting practice for 15 years. Since then, he has founded and/or led companies in software development, construction, finance and telecommunications. Since the inception of CLEAR TALK in 1999 he has served as the development manager for this and other companies and has overseen the build out of wireless networks in 17 different markets and constructed or acquired over 300 telecommunication sites/towers.

Dogan Koslu
Director of Research and Development

Dogan holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of California at San Diego, where he has been honored among the Alumni of the Year from the Jacobs School of Engineering, and a Masters in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Prior to joining CLEAR TALK, he co-founded and ran a successful software and technology development company that employed over 200 people. His current role revolves around implementing and managing Smartbox, the enterprise management software that CLEAR TALK runs on.

Michael Feigenbaum
Vice President of Tower Development and Operations

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO. He has organization-wide responsibility for all FCC/FAA compliance, environmental, leasehold, title and co-location due diligence, as well as additional project oversight for ongoing CLEAR TALK site development. He has been responsible for numerous tower facilities in diverse locations, including CA, AZ, FL, TX and NM.

Matthew Merritt
NC and SC Director

After graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1985, Matthew began his career in the securities industry managing small institutional municipal bond portfolios and retail accounts with Shearson Lehman Bros. By the mid 1990's he was focused on capital markets and corporate finance. Since 1999 he has worked primarily in partnership or as a consultant managing entitlements with an emphasis on mixed use real estate and Communication Towers. Now, as NC & SC Director at CLEAR TALK, his focus includes network deployment, marketing and management.

Leslie Williams
Customer Equipment Technology Manager

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Associates in Business Administration and Speech. Considered second in command in Jacksonville, he aided in managing the build-out, launch, and all operating phases of the Jacksonville Florida Market. He also managed the build-out of the Colorado Market (2008) through launch. Since joining Clear Talk in 2004, his responsibilities include market management, Preferred Roaming List creation and maintenance, and defining parameters for handsets and EVDO cards.

Melissa Curry
Business Manager

Melissa joined NTCH-Idaho in 2000 and was instrumental in launching the Idaho market. She handles the daily operations, and manages both retail and customer care. Melissa has experience in working with vendors, developing these relationships and negotiating multiple contractual agreements. Further, she handles all of the daily financials and administrative needs including payroll.  Melissa also handles FCC licensing and many other governmental filings to insure we are in compliance.  Her experience and dedication have been crucial to the success of our organization.

Rick Downs
Switch Manager

After earning his Associate Degrees in Electronics Technology and Telecommunications Engineering from Mesa State College, Rick joined CLEAR TALK in 2000 with the launch of service in Eastern Idaho. Rick has implemented and maintained standard and I.P. based telecommunications equipment from Lucent, ZTE and Huawei. He works with equipment vendors, backhaul providers and technicians to help design, deploy and maintain CLEAR TALK networks throughout the country.
